All items are shipped USPS unless otherwise requested. My return policy is as follows; you can return any stone that does not work for you for a full refund of purchase price, Insurance is available, uninsured orders will not be refunded or replaced. I ask that all returns are postmarked within 14 days of receipt and in the same condition that they were sent and are preceded by e-mail notification.
